As such, her approach is empathetic, warm, and collaborative with the aim of creating a safe and meaningful space for self-exploration that feels personally tailored to the individual. Although primarily rooted in cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), Sally also incorporates techniques from motivational interviewing, and self-compassion and acceptance and commitment therapies (ACT) as needed to meet individual needs.
